NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 RPTL)
 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Chester, County of Warren, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year, and that a copy has been left at the Assessor's Office in the Chester Municipal Center, at Chestertown New York, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the FOURTH TUESDAY IN MAY. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on:

May 7th between 4 PM and 8 PM
May 10th between 9 AM and 1 PM
May 13th between 10 AM and 2 PM
May 15th between 10 AM and 2 PM
 

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 27th from 1 to 4 PM and again from 6 to 8 PM, at the Town of Chester Municipal Center to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing him or herself to be aggrieved. A publication containing procedures for reviewing an assessment, instructions, and complaint forms are available at the Assessor's Office. Complaints in relation to assessments must be made on Form RP-524.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on:

May 6th between 10 Am and 2 PM
May 8th between 4 PM and 8 PM
May 10th between 1 PM and 5 PM
May 14th between 10AM and 2 PM
